Ingredients
4 Rashers of fried bacon (Vegetarien/special diets, use alternative such as spring onion.)
3 Large eggs (Two hard boiled and two raw)
120ml Milk
Grated cheese
Puff pastry - ready made
Container to take pies home in
Salt and pepper.
Method:
Deside on a step by step method, thinking of the ingredients you have at hand.

Salt and pepper.
Method:
Deside on a step by step method, thinking of the ingredients you have at hand.
Method:
Oven on - 200 degrees or gas 6
Roll pastry out into a thinner sheet. (Floured surface)
Cut out circles with a cutter
Line the muffin case with pastry and bake for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the boiled egg and bacon up.
Mix the eggs with milk and add salt and pepper.
Take pastry out of oven.
Distribute cooked egg and bacon evenly.
Top up with milk/egg mixture. (Sprinkle cheese on top)
Plase pastry lig on top if you wish.
Bake for 20 minutes
